Nationwide Clonal Adaptation Trial and Innovation of Propagation Techniques of Newly Introduced High-Yielding and Promising Rubber Clones

The program aimed to evaluate the adaptation and performance of recommended and other promising rubber clones in the Philippines in six different locations: (1) University of Southern Mindanao; (2) Central Mindanao University; (3) Western Palawan University; (4) Southern Luzon State University; (5) Isabela State University; and (6) Department of Agriculture Zamboanga Peninsula Agricultural Research Center. Six rubber budwood gardens were established in different locations with six or more clones as sources of budsticks and served as demo trials.
