This study aims to develop protocols on the improvement of quality seeds produced by the Mindanao Tree Seed Center (MTSC), through different seed quality enhancement treatments. The center aims to develop suitable seed quality enhancement protocol for specified areas such as mined-out area, reforestation area and tree plantations; to produce an improved and fortified forest tree seeds, and to develop and adopt a seed tracking and information database system.
