This project intends to fast-track the movement of S&T-based bamboo products from Maasin, Iloilo to the different segmented markets in Western Visayas in partnership with business organizations in the government and private sectors. This TechnoMart project on enhancing “sawali” production and marketing have three (3) component-activities identified as follows: 1) capacity building of KAPAWA farmer-cooperators; 2) product development and promotion & market-matching; and 3) production and marketing of sawali and related products.
