Enzymes in natural textile fiber treatment was used and utilized a combination of thermomechanical and enzymatic processes for the treatment of bamboo fiber from three (3) endemic bamboo species such as Laak (Bambusa philippinensis ), Anos (Schizostachyum lima (Blanco) merr.), and Puser (Cyrtocholoa puser s. dransf .) for textile application.
